Rules pertaining to licensure and operating a private postsecondary school in Nevada are contained in NRS 394 and NAC 394.

Licensure Evaluation Form

Represent a public or private college or university in another state that is accredited* and want to apply for licensure in Nevada.  Click here for additional information.

Accredited Degree Granting Application

Represent a private college or university in another state that is not accredited* and want to apply for licensure in Nevada.

Non-Accredited Degree Granting Application

Represent a private entity that offers training that is vocational in nature or helps individuals pass licensing tests but does not lead to college credits and want to apply for licensure in Nevada.  Click here for additional information.

Vocational Application

Represent a private, accredited* school in another state and want to actively and directly solicit students in Nevada.

Agent School Application

Would like to be certified to offer alcohol awareness training in Nevada.

Alcohol Awareness Application

*You are considered accredited if your accrediting body is recognized by the United State Department of Education.
